Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. You must include a copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number. To obtain your return authorization number contact us via e-mail or phone during normal business hours. We do not accept returns shipped via c.o.d or freight collect. Items ordered in error of the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not receive a refund on shipping & handling charges. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or contact us via e-mail or phone number during normal operating hours. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Excluded Products

Sorry, but we can not give refunds on the following parts: Electrical parts of any kind, magazines, shop manuals, books and literature, used parts of any kind, any new parts which have been installed or attempted to be installed, any parts not in their original box or wrapper, etc. Special order parts or non stocking items. Fiberglass and sheet metal that has been altered in any way (sanded, painted, etc.) may not be returned.

Delivery Processing

Orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Some items may not be in stock at our facility, if this is the case your item may be shipped directly from one of our many warehouses. Depending on the location of the warehouse it may take 3-6 business days.

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated when we prepare your order. The reason that we do not pre-calculate the shipping when you check out is because it is almost impossible for the computer to take into account grouping multiple items into one box to save on shipping cost. Our goal is to give you the most accurate and cost effective shipping. Please contact us if you would like a quote on the items that you are interested in before purchasing.  You can request upgraded shipping for an additional cost. Oversized items (hoods, floorpans, fenders, quarter panels, ect.) are identified in the part description or the category heading and are subject to additional shipping cost listed below. There is $3.50 minimum shipping charge in the continental United States. And a $7.00 minimum charge for orders under $50.00. Please specify if you plan on picking the item up locally so you do not incur shipping charges.

Category 1 - $14.50 + %10 of sub-total = Approximate shipping cost
Category 2 - $20.50 +
%10 of sub-total = Approximate shipping cost
Category 3 - $89.00 + %10 of sub-total = Approximate shipping cost
Category 4 - $140.00 = Approximate shipping cost

Example =  (Category 2) Your subtotal is $100.00, then you take %10 of the sub-total, in this case is $10.00. So taking the $10.00 and add the category 2 ($20.50) charge together to get $30.50 for your approx shipping cost.

Missing or Damaged Parts

Please contact us within 2 buisness days of recieving your order if there are any missing parts. Before shipping we verify against the invoice twice to ensure that all products on the invoice are included. For damaged parts please keep your original packaging  and report the damage to the freight carrier within 48 hours of receipt and obtain a damage claim number.

Backorders

In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We will notify you as soon as possible that the item is on backorder with the option to cancel the order at that time and if possible with an estimated time that it will be available. All backorders are shipped when our stock is replenished. Backorders are billed to you when they are shipped and not before, unless you have instructed us otherwise.

We do our best to keep all the prices up to date and current but with over 8000 products some are missed from time to time. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
